LaVida Massage of Chandler would like to invite you to visit CrossFit2260 this Saturday, Sep. 19th from 8-10am to support their fundraiser for the Desert Cancer Foundation of Arizona. Our therapists will be providing complimentary chair massages to workout participants and guests. This is also a great time to see what CrossFit workouts can do to contribute to an overall healthier lifestyle and how massage helps the everyday athlete recover and maintain a healthy and fit body.

LaVida Massage of Chandler has also been invited to speak at this month's "Healthy Lifestyle" Education Class taking place at Ahwatukee's Ironwood Library this Saturday the 19th from 11:30am-1pm.
We will be providing complimentary chair massage as well as educating on several crucial benefits of massage and providing some at home massage maintenance tips.
Also speaking at this event will be Internationally certified Image and Wardrobe Consultant Alexandra Nasibulina, AICI. Alexandra helps you learn what happens when you don't pay attention to your own personal style. Explore your unique style with this special guest speaker.
